Our staff will request your surgical requirements from your surgeon during your first visit, or even better, bring a copy of your surgical checklist (surgeons pre-operative work-up request) and your insurance requirements so we can immediately start the process at your first visit.
If you have a large deductible, consider one of our package programs. All of Dr. Rogers' package programs will exceed any surgical insurance requirements.
